Based off of randomly generated characteristics from Brett Bean's character generator. =chaoskomori, ~elipse and I wanated to do some character design practice after hitting up a cool lecture by David Coleman.

For this one, I wanted to base the "dizzy aspect" off of Bing Crosby's walleyes XDDD
