... because I get sick of people saying "hey, have you seen my stuff? Hey. Have you commented on my art? Hey, check out my art! Hey, what do you think about my art?? How come you never comment on my stuff!?" when they leave nary a comment. Aren't you?

Okay apparently people are misreading the stamp. This has nothing to do with faving vs commenting. This also isn't complaining about not receiving enough comments. It is simply saying if you beg for comments, you should try GIVING comments first. Hopefully that clears it up. LoL

this is a very very good comment to those who do that -_- saddenly i'm with you...you should give to recieve, and not like you said "Can you see my art? 8D" -_-...it gets really old and really annoying quickly, may i use this on my journal to get the word out?

I love the message that goes along with this stamp - interestingly, it's the exact same reason I favorite more than comment. There are many images I love and don't want to ignore, but I'm trying to stay low under the radar as possible and avoid attention until I become more artistically active.

I sometimes feel bad about not commenting, but I don't do it out of laziness!

Hey, I don't say shit to you, you're more talented and I expect you to comment paragraphs of praise on my stickmen art!

Sheesh. That's being damn annoying. Most of your comments on my stuff is when I draw you fanart and they all start with XDDDDDDDDDD but do ya see me get a bug up my ass cuz you don't comment on my other stuff? Big deal. You comment on what you like, when you have something to say. Better to have XDDDDDDDDD on fanart for you than a string of "cute" and "nice" on art you're less familiar/interested with.

I see people sometimes go nuts over their favorite artists not replying or not commenting on their stuff. Best way to get hated by said favorite artist.
