LOVELY design here. I love the balance of the composition, and the detail in the flowers. I really love the delicate linework, and the repetition of the scales. I think you can work on the quality of the lines within the fins. They seem less referenced and consistent. Consider varying the distance between each striation in the tail and fins! But other than that, I think this is a really strong piece on the whole! Hope to seet his cleaned up and flat colored. This would make a great tshirt design or a tattoo!
